The Trump admin pinkie promised the judge that it just needs a little more time to complete their fake ass “review” of mifepristone (one of the safest, most studied medications on the planet) based on a totally junk “study” from an anti-abortion right wing think tank that says abortion pills are dangerous. 🙄

🤝Wait, Doesn’t Trump Agree With Louisiana’s Anti-Abortion Bullshit?
Yes! The admin is very much on the side of the state suing them. They just know that restricting abortion is about as popular as Tom Sandoval, so they are conveniently waiting to release this TOTALLY neutral “study” to justify decimating hard won access until AFTER THE MIDTERMS. 🤔

If the FDA rolls back access or completely reverses approval of mifepristone, Louisiana can drop their case.
