Yesterday, Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill was shooting fact-blanks in the hearing to nix the FDA rule that says you DO NOT have to go in-person to get abortion medication. Her and her audacity have asked a judge to eliminate telehealth access FOR THE ENTIRE COUNTRY. Her efforts? Limp, at best.

The 2021 FDA telehealth rule has literally saved abortion access post-Roe, and the forced-birthers are PISSED that people in banned states can still get mailed abortion pills. In the hearing, Murrill had zero science to present but compared mifepristone to GUNS and FENTANYL.
