Just when March for Life weekend couldn’t get any worse, Sir Cheeto-in-Chief plopped the cherry on top of this fetus-fetishist shit sundae. The State Department just expanded the Mexico City Policy, AKA The Global Gag Rule, cutting off foreign aid to any organization that even touches abortion, DEI, or “gender ideology.” The U.S. isn’t exporting care, it’s exporting control, cruelty, and imperialist bullshit.
❓What Is The Mexico City Policy?
This trash government policy first dropped in 1984 to cut off funding to any foreign NGO who supports, provides, or mentions abortion and has been rescinded and reinstated a trillion times depending on whose ass is in the White House. And now, Trump just upped the evilness up a whole lot. If you provide (or even TALK about) reproductive care, promote equity, or acknowledge trans people exist? Congrats, you’re disqualified from aid. We hate it here.

Here's the tragic truth: According to the CDC, Native American and Alaska Native people are DYING at the highest rates from pregnancy-related causes in the U.S. These are friends, parents, relatives, loved ones and community members whose lives should have been protected, not neglected as a direct result of racist healthcare and the bottomless barriers to reproductive care. This shouldn’t be the cost of pregnancy.
