The Abortion Access Report 1/21/2026
Virginia making moves to protect abortion and Moody being the worst!
We don’t do information overload—we do intention. Today, we hand-selected the abortion stories that deserve your attention and broke them down in our own special way.

🏆 Virginia Abortion Access: 2 Anti-Abobo Ghouls: 0
After getting the ball rolling in 2025, Virginia lawmakers HAVE OFFICIALLY locked in abortion rights straight onto the 2026 ballot, babay! This makes "The Mother of States" the THIRD state this year where voters get the final say on their bodily autonomy and we're here for it. But the wins don’t stop there…
🫧 Bubble Is The New Buffer, Babes
Abobo-supporting members of the Virginia state Senate are also considering a bill that would prevent anti-abortion brainless heckling harassholes from blocking access to clinics within 40 FEET. Let’s say it louder for the forced-birth gremlins crowding the sidewalks in the back — 40. FUCKING. FEET.
🎊 Why This ROCKS
Between putting abortion rights on the ballot and trying to protect clinics on the ground, Virginia is creating a blueprint for abortion access in 2026 and beyond: listening to voters and protecting access. These wins would be a game changer for the whole country, because when states let people decide, abortion rights keep winning. Hmmmmm.... funny how that works, HUH?

👶 North Dakota Throws Legal Tantrum Over Abortion Info
ND has issued a cease-and-desist to the Prairie Abortion Fund for linking to resources on its website where you can get info on the EXTREMELY SAFE abortion pill. Not content with banning abortion, now they want to make KNOWING about it illegal too.
💩 South Dakota Pulled The Same BS
This isn’t new. This year (it’s still January) South Dakota’s AG went after a non-profit that ran ads at gas stations that said “Pregnant? Don’t want to be?” The AUDACITY! Anti-abortion states are covering their feral anti-abortion attacks in “consumer protection” giftwrap. Don’t buy it.
💊 Who's Afraid of Abortion Information?
Bans are predicated on the lie that abortion is dangerous— which they can’t prove—so they resort to legal intimidation and performing moral outrage. ANYTHING to distract from the terrifying truth that abortion medication is safe, effective, and boringly normal.
More coming tomorrow!

Moody has really been leaning in on incredibly harmful policy and rhetoric lately……….
Love how you broke this down with the Virginia wins! The contrast between states letting people vote on abortion (always wins) vs states trying to criminalize even linking to information is so telling about their actual confidence in their position. It's wild how they're wrapping censorship in consumer protection language like nobody can see thru it. That 40-foot buffer zone cant come soon enough.
