Breaking News! Wyoming supreme court strikes down near-total abortion bans
In a 4–1 ruling, the court told Wyoming lawmakers they cannot simply declare abortion “not health care” and ban it. The justices pointed to a voter-approved constitutional amendment that protects people’s right to make their own medical decisions. We know this democracy thing is hard for these lawmakers, but COME ON!!!
This win exists because Wellspring Health Access, the only abortion clinic in the entire state, sued and refused to be bullied out of existence.
